Driver Agreement

I. Parties

This Driver Agreement (the “Agreement”) has been signed by and between the parties indicated below, on 09/03/2024;

WHEREAS the Company desires to engage the Driver as an and the Driver desires to provide services to the Company for a scheduled period provided for by the Company,subject to the terms and conditions under this Agreement;

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises and of the terms, conditions and agreements herein contained, the parties hereby agree as follows:

II. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the Parties in contractual relationship,which includes the Driver’s transportation services for delivery, or carriage transport frompoints of pick-up designated by the Company to specific points of destination that shall bestated by the Company on a periodic basis, and paid in return.

III. Term of the Agreement

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its conclusion and shall remain in force for the duration of the Driver’s employment for us.

IV. Pricing and Payment

Payment will be made weekly, as long as you complete all tasks and deliveries for the assigned day.

The daily amount will be $200.00 per work day until the assigned route is completed, from Monday to Friday; The work schedule starts at 7:00 am until the assigned route is completed.

The driver must complete and pass a three (3) day training, which will be paid in the amount of $200.00. daily.

V. Termination of the Agreement

This Agreement shall expire: Failure to perform assigned tasks or unjustified absences will terminate this agreement.

VI. Rights and Obligations of the Driver

In providing services within the scope of this Agreement, the rights and obligations of the Driver are as follows;

• Trucks to drive box trucks or day cabs
• Compliance with schedule and punctuality
• Absences from work must be justified
• Permissions will not be paid
• If you need permission for personal errands, you must request it 3 days in advance.
• You must comply with all deliveries of the day.
• Failure to comply with the rules, tasks and agreement will terminate this agreement
• It is the responsibility of the Driver to obtain all necessary legal and administrative documents, such as permits and licenses, for the provision of the Services.

Governing Law – This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofthe State of Georgia .
